*Accounts Payable (Vendor Billing): Upon receiving a bill from your
cleaning
company, fine foods & dining, paper supply company, etc.,
send in a photocopy
or email scan, it will then be entered & tracked
to make sure it is not a duplicate
bill. Billing will then be generated appropriately.
*Updating Database of Inquiries & Reservations: Sent to you monthly, quarterly &
yearly.
*Client/Vendor Billing Reports
*Audit Chart of Accounts: Monthly, Quarterly & Year-End.
*Monthly Reports (A/P & A/R)
*Quarterly Reports: 1st 2nd 3rd & 4th
*Year-End Reports
*All bookkeeping services provided are based on a monthly
rate. The rate listed above are for vacation rental owners or wedding vendors with up to 25 monthly clients, customers,
